PIL Case Details

This PIL challenges the decision of the Ministry of Health and Welfare in shifting of the Paediatrics Department/Wing of the S.C.B. Medical College & Hospital, Cuttack and its merger with the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Post Graduate Institute of Paediatrics, Cuttack. The petitioner is concerned that this shift and merger is highly misconceived and will be highly detrimental to the life and health of chil dren of citizens of the state. The petitioner prays, inter alia, that this decision be set aside by the Court.
