PIL Case Details

This PIL seeks a direction to the different authorities of the Govt. of Odisha. to provide - drainage and sewerage facilities to, the inhabitants of Badagada Canal Colony at BJB Nagar, Bhubaneswar, as they have, been submerged with rain / foul water throughout the year. It prays the Court to direct the construction of a sewerage line, and an expansion of the drain, as well as drain out the rain/foul wa ter from the area as a short term measure.
