Born on 28-09-1899 at Berhampur, passed B.L. from the University of Madras in 1923, and after serving as an apprentice under the late G.Laxmana, Advocate, Madras, enrolled himself as an Advocate of the Madras High Court in 1925. Was appointed Government Advocate in 1952.
He was appointed Advocated General in August 1954. He served as the Judge of Orissa High Court from 26.8.1954 - 28.1.1959.
