Welcome to the official website of the Orissa High Court Legal Services Committee. Our mission is to provide free and competent legal services among the litigants and lawyers in our State. Orissa High Court Legal Services Committee is the Statutory Body has been constituted by virtue of the Section 8A of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987. It is started functioning w.e.f. 16.08.1997 inside the High Court premises. The Committee consists of Hon'ble Chairman, Secretary and Members being nominated by Hon'ble the Chief Justice whose Lordship is the Patron-in-Chief of the Committee.
